Avatar vs Atlantis

WARNING: POTENTIAL SPOILER!!!!



So I've decided that Avatar is basically a recreation of the movie Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

I mean, come on!
This isn't to say that Avatar isn't amazing...because it IS, but it's pretty much identical, haha.

1. other world
2. outsiders go there
3. everyone promises to be all peaceful
4. there's a general that you can tell is kind of up to something
5. a lot of people are after a bunch of money
6. the foreign people reluctantly allow a few of the outsiders to come in
7. the foreign people have something very rare and valuable, but is also important to their lives

yada, yada...
there are TONS more similarities, but I'm done trying to list them, haha.
